I’m a teacher at heart. For years, I’ve worked with people in learning environments, supporting growth, confidence, and change. But over time, my work naturally evolved beyond the classroom. I help people understand themselves, their bodies, and their seasons of life.
My background is in psychology and I hold a Diploma in Nutrition, and a Level 7 Diploma in Learning and Development, which means I don’t just understand wellbeing, I understand how real change actually happens.
My own present perimenopausal journey is bringing everything into sharper focus. The energy shifts, the body changes, the confidence wobble, and the frustration with advice that feel extreme and disconnected from real life. Strength training has become a turning point for me, not as a punishment, but to support my body, protect my health, and feel capable again.
Today, I bring together professional training and my own lived experience to support women through hormonal changes with clarity, compassion, and realism. No extremes. No quick fixes. Just steady, informed support that works with your life.
