PeriPrep Nutrition is for women in their late 30s, 40’s, and 50s who don’t want to wait until menopause hits hard. It focuses on preparing the body, metabolism, and nervous system early - through realistic nutrition, supportive daily habits, and a little compassion.

  • A 6-Week 1:1 Preparation Programme

    Six weeks. Six focused sessions. Calm, steady support throughout.

    PeriPrep: The Gentle Reset is a 6-week 1:1 coaching programme designed for women who want to prepare for perimenopause - rather than wait until symptoms feel unmanageable.

    You’ll have one 45-minute private coaching session each week, giving us space to gently reset nutrition, movement, habits, and mindset in a way that works with your life and energy levels.

    This is not a diet or a fitness overhaul. It’s a thoughtful, supportive recalibration - helping your body feel steadier, stronger, and more prepared for the years ahead.

    Ongoing Support Between Sessions

    You’re not doing this alone. Throughout the six weeks, you’ll have WhatsApp check-in support, so you can:

    • ask questions as they come up

    • sense-check choices

    • share wins or concerns

    • get reassurance without waiting for the next session

    Support is there when you need it - without pressure or constant tracking.

    PeriPrep: The Gentle Reset is about guidance and steadiness, not perfection.

    At the end of the six weeks, we’ll review how you’re feeling and decide together whether ongoing support would be helpful — with no pressure either way.

  • Monthly Coaching Support

    For women who want steadiness, guidance, and support as their body continues to change.

    PeriPrep Ongoing Coaching is a monthly coaching option for clients who have completed PeriPrep: The Gentle Reset and would like continued support as they move through the perimenopausal years.

    This phase recognises that bodies don’t change on a 6-week timeline - and that having consistent, calm guidance can make a real difference as symptoms fluctuate, stress levels shift, and life continues.

    You’ll move at a sustainable pace, with space to adjust nutrition, movement, and habits as needed - without pressure or urgency.
